Dentures are a wonderful way to restore function for an individual when no other way exists to save a patient's teeth.  Dentures made today need not be loose and ill-fitting.  Because of the advent of dental implants we have ways to stabilize and support dentures that were not feasible 20-30 yrs ago.  I have patients that wear dentures without the concern of losing them during a meal or evening out with friends. Partial Dentures
